ADAPTIVE AGROTECH — ROBOT ASSEMBLY STUDIO + PART STUDIO Version 4 / Complete Modular Mobile Robot START 1. Extract the entire ZIP. Keep all files and folders together. 2. Open index.html in a current Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browser. 3. The complete robot appears first: chassis, deck, housing, roof, four wheel carriers, and four solid wheel/hub/shaft hardware references. 4. Click a component in the scene or the left list. Edit its dimensions at right. 5. Click Inspect wheel attachment to examine the actual shaft and carrier bore. Use the exploded slider, X-ray housing, Hide roof, and Isolate part controls. 6. Save assembly to preserve the complete editable robot. Save editable part project to work on one component. Open in Part Studio opens a separate copy. 7. Export the selected printable component as STL or OBJ in MILLIMETRES. ASSEMBLY AND PARTS The starting robot has 12 components: 8 printable modules and 4 purchased-wheel references. Chassis dimensions drive the shared attachment positions. Independent part overrides are retained; fit messages identify mismatched interfaces. Six chassis families are available in the Main chassis / Body architecture menu. The split frame has separate front/rear halves and two underside splice plates. Wheel reference dimensions describe purchased hardware, not printable motors. The carrier bore and metal shaft diameter are independently editable. Apply these dimensions to all four is explicit; ordinary edits affect one module. The printable local meshes export flat on Z=0, without assembly placement. Save editable part project includes the original assembly context. A saved component can be opened in Assembly Studio. Part Studio is an independent copy: its later changes do not automatically update the original assembly. Keep both project files. The full legacy catalogue and feature editor remain at parts.html. INCLUDED - All 74 original templates plus 19 robot templates (93 total). - Six chassis families, carriers, deck, upper housing, removable roof and modules. - 105 catalogue STL/project pairs, including 12 original enclosure lids. - examples/complete-robot.assembly.json: complete default assembly project. - examples/assembly/: matching printable parts for the complete default assembly. - ASSEMBLY_GUIDE.html: connections, dimensions, hardware and part-edit workflow. - ROBOT_KIT.html and ROBOT_BUILD_GUIDE.html: illustrated inventory and print guide. - Actual-mesh overview, exploded and shaft/carrier detail images in assets/. - Original Part Studio tools, ordered Boolean features, editable projects and catalogue JSON/CSV retained. Original Adaptive AgroTech logo unchanged. WEBSITE INSTALLATION Upload the extracted contents of 3D/ into your website folder. Keep index.html, parts.html, assets/ and examples/ at the same level. No server installation, account, database or modeling API is required; all modeling runs in the browser. A local HTTP server may be used if browser policies restrict file:// features. After replacing an older installation, reload the page and start a new assembly. FILES index.html Complete Robot Assembly Studio. parts.html Original individual Part Studio + inventory. Inspect every export in a slicer. These are prototype geometries; no payload, torque or impact rating is assigned. A round printed hole positions an axle; actual driven-wheel torque restraint and axial retention need suitable metal hardware. Measure your motor, shaft, nut, washer, bearings and printer clearances before fabrication. See the assembly and printing guides for the default interfaces and staged validation.
