About this robot
The 2018 conference work, deposited in 2019, documents the construction and initial field tests of TIBA: Tankette for Intelligent BioEnergy Agriculture. The compact four-wheel platform was designed to carry sensors into difficult plantation corridors for mapping and sampling research. The paper reports a first prototype and preliminary trials, rather than a commercial autonomous farming system.
