ROMI Cablebot
Cable-mounted research robot for repeated imaging of vegetable beds.
About this robot
Cablebot combines a motorized carrier, camera module and charging station. It scans beds on a programmed schedule and supplies imagery to the ROMI Farmer’s Dashboard. The documented system supports remote operation as well as autonomous scanning and remains a developing research tool.
