About this robot
USM described IDA-Dog in March 2026 as a mobile platform combining cameras, sensors and AI to navigate crops and identify application locations. It is designed to deliver biological inputs in solid or microdosed form instead of transporting large volumes of spray water. Field validation and technology maturation remain part of the development programme.
