01 / Define your robot

Choose length, width, wheelbase and mounting pattern. Built-in attachment holes follow those dimensions.

02 / Match the modules

Use the designer’s part selector to carry the interface settings into a carrier or accessory. Catalogue files are default examples.

03 / Export and verify

Export each part separately, inspect it in your slicer, and test the actual printed joints. Reference wheels are display-only.

Choose a chassis

Six body families, including separate split-frame halves for smaller printer beds. The thumbnails show actual generated meshes.

Actual mesh of Ribbed open tub
Modular robot kit · 300 × 180 × 55 mm

Ribbed open tub

Protected open body with floor ribs, deep walls and four reinforced side interfaces.

Actual mesh of Twin-rail ladder frame
Modular robot kit · 300 × 180 × 55 mm

Twin-rail ladder frame

Two deep rails and transverse beams leave the center open for interchangeable modules.

Actual mesh of H-frame with central spine
Modular robot kit · 300 × 180 × 55 mm

H-frame with central spine

One wide central beam links two transverse axle beams and four side mounting pads.

Actual mesh of Chamfered utility deck
Modular robot kit · 300 × 180 × 55 mm

Chamfered utility deck

A low chamfered outline with edge rails, an open center deck and four tall wheel pads.

Actual mesh of Capsule body with outriggers
Modular robot kit · 300 × 180 × 55 mm

Capsule body with outriggers

Rounded tub with transverse beams connecting four flat bolt-on mounting pads.

Actual mesh of Split modular frame
Modular robot kit · 150 × 180 × 55 mm

Split modular frame

Two separately printable frame halves join using two bolted splice plates.

Actual mesh of Split modular frame · rear half
Modular robot kit · 150 × 180 × 55 mm

Split modular frame · rear half

Rear half of the split frame. Print with the front half and two splice plates.

Complete the structure

Dimensions are editable. Through-bolts, washers, metal axle hardware and motor-specific parts must be sourced and sized separately.

Actual mesh of Ribbed wheel adapter
Modular robot kit · 64 × 76 × 10 mm

Ribbed wheel adapter

Two side-interface bolts and a generic axle bore. Use a separately engineered metal torque plate for hub motors.

Actual mesh of Transverse crossmember
Modular robot kit · 40 × 180 × 20 mm

Transverse crossmember

Fits the standard 162 mm top-pad span of the 180 mm chassis. Resize width together with the body.

Actual mesh of Longitudinal rail
Modular robot kit · 200 × 22 × 28 mm

Longitudinal rail

Solid deep rail with 20 mm pitch vertical bolt holes; a building block for custom frames.

Actual mesh of Split-frame splice plate
Modular robot kit · 104 × 22 × 6 mm

Split-frame splice plate

Print two. Four bolts per plate join the two frame halves under their side rails.

Actual mesh of Removable top deck
Modular robot kit · 300 × 180 × 6 mm

Removable top deck

Four through holes match the reinforced pads at the selected wheelbase and body width.

Actual mesh of Robot upper housing
Modular robot kit · 300 × 180 × 70 mm

Robot upper housing

Open-bottom upper shell with accessible lower mounting feet and nut pockets in the four roof bosses.

Actual mesh of Robot removable roof
Modular robot kit · 300 × 180 × 4 mm

Robot removable roof

Flat removable roof. Four corner holes match the upper housing; print separately.

Actual mesh of Deck-mounted bumper
Modular robot kit · 46 × 140 × 30 mm

Deck-mounted bumper

Two-bolt flange and reinforced upstand. Mount to an adapter or drilled deck; not a rated impact absorber.

Actual mesh of Strapped battery cradle
Modular robot kit · 140 × 90 × 28 mm

Strapped battery cradle

Open tray with unobstructed strap slots and the central 28 mm square mounting grid.

Actual mesh of Sensor mast foot
Modular robot kit · 68 × 68 × 32 mm

Sensor mast foot

A four-bolt base and generic 16 mm unthreaded socket; confirm actual mast fit before printing.

Actual mesh of Triangular corner gusset
Modular robot kit · 65 × 65 × 6 mm

Triangular corner gusset

Flat gusset with three through bolts for custom modular joints.

Actual mesh of Cable bridge
Modular robot kit · 58 × 18 × 16 mm

Cable bridge

Raised arch and two mounting feet with the standard 28 mm fixing pitch.

Designed as an engineering starting point. These meshes have no assigned payload or motor-torque rating. The screenshot does not define your axle flats, torque reaction, bearings or bolt pattern. Measure the hardware and validate the load path before building a powered robot. Read the printing and assembly guide.
